We are a jewelry brand that sells high-quality jewelry as well as permanent jewelry. We value giving a really fun experience to every customer that comes into our store.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, responding to customer calls and email/social messages
• Soft selling
• Merchandising displays
• Tagging products
• Taking photos/videos of product and posting on social media
• Ringing up customers on POS system
• Creating a fun & inviting experience for each customer
• Fulfilling online orders
• Light cleaning & organizing of store
• Assembling and designing jewelry with owners' guidance
• Working special offsite events (private parties, pop ups and festivals within a 75 mile radius of our Rochester, MI location) - typically weekends and evenings
• Opportunities for marketing, event-planning, research and store operations-related tasks
• Welding permanent jewelry (you will be trained to do this, don't worry!)

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, personable, self-starters, organized, and team players.

Essbe is a small, but rapidly growing brand so this position has unlimited potential to become something much more!

Flexible schedule, but must have some evening and weekend availability. Specifically seeking Monday-Thursday coverage at the moment. Store hours are Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am-7pm. Typically, each team member works somewhere between 5-20 hours a week, though that depends on one's availability and additional store events (festivals, private parties, pop ups, etc)

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour commensurate with experience
