Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, responding to customer calls and email/social messages
• Soft selling
• Merchandising displays
• Tagging products
• Taking photos/videos of product and posting on social media
• Ringing up customers on POS system
• Creating a fun & inviting experience for each customer
• Fulfilling online orders
• Light cleaning & organizing of store
• Assembling and designing jewelry with owners' guidance
• Working special offsite events (private parties, pop ups and festivals within a 75 minute drive radius of our Rochester, MI location) - typically weekends and evenings. You must be able to commute to locations such as Ann Arbor, Imlay City, Detroit, Birmingham, and Lake Orion, to name a few -  and you will be for that commute time for those special events.
• Opportunities for marketing, event-planning, research and store operations-related tasks
• Welding permanent jewelry (you will be trained to do this, don't worry!)

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, personable, self-starters, organized, and team players.

Essbe is a small, but rapidly growing brand so this position has unlimited potential to become something much more!

Flexible schedule, but must have some evening and weekend availability. Specifically seeking Monday-Thursday DAYTIME coverage as well as Saturday both during the day and the evening shift.

Availability one full Saturday and one full Sunday per month are required, though they can be split up. Store hours are Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am-7pm. Typically, each team member works somewhere between 10-15 hours a week, though that depends on one's availability and additional store events (festivals, private parties, pop ups, etc)

18 or over required!

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour commensurate with experience
