You’ll help them choose the perfect piece to complete their stack or pick out a gift for that one super-hard-to-buy-for friend. If you are a team player, take pride in your work, and are looking to join a small business, we’d love to chat!

Store Location: Rochester, MI / Pop Up Locations: Detroit, Ann Arbor, Imlay City, Bloomfield Hills, Lake Orion & more! 

PLEASE NOTE: Pop Up availability and the ability to drive to those locations is required. 

Position Details:
- Part-time: 8-12 hours per week, depending on your availability and store needs.

Compensation: $15-18/hr depending on experience level

- Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, responding to customer calls and email/social messages
• Soft selling
• Merchandising displays
• Tagging products
• Taking photos/videos of product and posting on social media
• Ringing up customers on POS system
• Creating a fun & inviting experience for each customer
• Fulfilling online orders
• Light cleaning & organizing of store
• Assembling and designing jewelry with owners' guidance
• Working special offsite events (private parties, pop ups and festivals within a 75 minute drive radius of our Rochester, MI location) - typically weekends and evenings. You must be able to commute to locations such as Ann Arbor, Imlay City, Detroit, Birmingham, and Lake Orion, to name a few -  and you will be for that commute time for those special events.
• Opportunities for marketing, event-planning, research and store operations-related tasks
• Welding permanent jewelry (you will be trained to do this, don't worry!)

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive up to 75 min drive radius for special events
- Must be 18 or older!

Flexible schedule, but must have some evening and weekend availability.  Staff members must be available for at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month. Store hours are Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am-7pm. 

Typically, each team member works somewhere between 5-20 hours a week, though that depends on one's availability and additional store events (festivals, private parties, pop ups, etc).
