Brand Associate

We are a jewelry brand that sells high-quality jewelry as well as permanent jewelry. A lot of it is handmade by the owner, Sarah. We value giving a really fun experience to every customer that comes into our store.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers
  • Soft selling
  • Merchandising displays
  • Tagging products
  • Taking photos/videos of product and posting on social media
  • Ringing up customers on POS system
  • Creating a fun & inviting experience for each customer
  • Light cleaning & organizing of store
  • Potential to learn how-to weld permanent jewelry

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, personable, self-starters, organized, and team players.

Essbe is a small, but rapidly growing brand so this position has unlimited potential to become something much more!

Flexible schedule, but must have evening and weekend availability.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Assistant Brand Manager

Essbe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in all aspects of store operations. Your strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and ability to manage a team will contribute to the overall success of the store. We are a jewelry brand that sells high-quality jewelry as well as permanent jewelry. A lot of it is handmade by the owner, Sarah. We value giving a really fun experience to every customer that comes into our store.

As a small business, every team member wears many hats and this position would be no different. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn and grow with the brand.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in developing and managing business and long range plans to support brand goals, directions, and priorities
  • Collaborate on strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize business performance and profitability to include individual sales
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with other businesses
  • Manage the pop-up outreach & coordination of events
  • Market and display merchandise in an attractive manner
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventory levels
  • Receive and price merchandise
  • Sell merchandise
  • Answer telephone to assist with customer questions or issues
  • Maintain a presence in store
  • Maintain an understanding of store policies, team member schedules & schedule of events
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail brand associates
  • Manage the store with regard to neatness, cleanliness, and changing of displays
  • Making jewelry
  • Errands or other misc tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or store management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must have some evening and weekend availability.

This will be a part-time position for 3 months. After that an evaluation will be completed with the potential of becoming full-time.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
