This deposit is for an appointment at our Royal Oak studio & will be applied to the purchase of your permanent jewelry.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your time slot so you can pick out your chain and decide if you want to add on any charms.
This appointment is for 1 person. If there are more than that in your party, please book additional appointments for each person.

If you change or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you are considered a no-show unless you've made us aware. If you show up late and miss your time slot, you will be moved to the next available time slot or to another day depending on availability.

The minimalist appearance and ease of wearing permanent jewelry makes it the perfect choice for everyday wear. Despite the fact that you do not take it on and off each day, they are still delicate pieces of jewelry that can break.
Should your bracelet, anklet or necklace:
• Get caught on something
• Break
• Stretch
We will do our best to repair it for you.
Visit us at a pop-up or book an appointment or walk-in to either of our storefronts! If we are unable to repair the chain or you want to different style chain we will offer you a discount to replace the chain.

Materials
14k Gold Fill: Our gold items are made out of 14k gold fill. Gold-filled pieces are very high quality. Multiple layers of gold are heat and pressure bonded to a base metal so it can’t rub off. It doesn’t expose your skin to the base metal either making it hypoallergenic. The layer of gold is thick enough to make it perfect for everyday wear, and since it’s not solid gold the price point is much more affordable. If you take care of your gold-filled pieces, they can last a lifetime!
Sterling Silver: Our silver items are made of .925 sterling silver. We like sterling silver because it’s hypoallergenic, timeless, and lightweight. It’s also durable which is perfect for pieces you’ll wear time and time again.
